Abstract

The ovarian pregnancy is rare entity of ectopic pregnancy.
Recently, the laparoscopic surgery is widely used in gynecologic surgery for its convinience and many benefits compared with exploratory laparotomy.
We recently managed an ovarian pregnancy in patient of pelvic adhesion for endometriosis with laparpscopic ovarian wedge `resection and reviewed with literature briefly.
